I, Hereafter referred to as the Adopter hereby agree that the animal listed above will NEVER be bred and is adopted out solely for a pet for myself and anyone associated with me. I agree to never sell, give away, “set free”, to any institute, person, dealer, handler, or any other person or association. I agree to pay in full the adoption fee for the animals listed above.
I, the Adopter agree that if I am unable to care for the animal (s) I will contact the Breeder (Rodent Heaven Rattery) for an option to take back the pet ant no charge. The Adopter also agree to contact the breeder if the animal becomes seriously ill or develops something that could have been from family history. The Adopter also agrees to care for his/her new pet in a humane way.
The Adopter also agrees to follow the terms below :
1.) Adopter agrees to provide fresh water and food at all times. He/She also agrees to not let the animal become overweight or unhealthy because of obesity.
2.) Adopter agrees to provide a companion for their animal (s) besides themselves. If the companion dies, for half price a new companion can be adopted. The new companion is to be chosen by the breeder.
3.)Adopter agrees to provide adequate housing for the animal. At least 3.5 cubic feet per animal.
4.)Adopter will provide medical care for the animal (s). The breeder will take back the animal if it is ill. An Adopter that gives a animal to the breeder thereby surrenders it and has no longer have possession of the animal (s).
5.)Adopter also agrees and understands that the animal (s) are healthy the day of adoption. After the day of adoption breeder has no responsibility for the care or health of the animal. Though the breeder will take back the animal at any time, and the Adopter will get no refund or replacement.
6.)Adopter agrees to NEVER intentionally breed any animal from Rodent Heaven Rattery. To breed the Adopter will need hand-written permission from the Breeder.
7.)If the Adopter is giving the animal (s) as a gift, he/she is required to inform the breeder.
8.)Adopter agrees that any ‘accidental’ litters occur it is solely the Adopter’s responsibility to care for the offspring and find them pet-only homes. If the adopter can not do any of these things the breeder has a right to take back the said animal and its offspring.
9.) Adopter understands and agrees that if he/she does not follow this contract, Breeder has the right to demand above described animal be returned and that Adopter is not entitled to a refund or replacement.
10.) If Adopter is under 18 years of age, Adopter’s guardian understands and agrees that he/she is also responsible for the care of the above described animal. Guardian agrees to all the above terms.
